BBA: Bachelor of Business Administration, majored in Finance & Economics, from the

Arlington (1990).
MSBA: Masters of Science in Business Administration, majored in Entrepreneurship Studies, from
San Diego
State
University (2006)
Work experience:
Corporate and commercial banking, loan officer, credit analyst (6 years).
Investment analyst, corporate finance and management, venture capitalist, technology start-up founder (5 years).
Real estate sales and entrepreneurship (7 years):
Successfully sold over $40 million in residential properties.
Awarded Prudential Real Estate’s Leading Edge in 2007, and President’s Circle in 2005, 2006 and 2008, a recognition for real estate sales achievement in the top 5% among Prudential’s over 68,000 agents
SRES: Seniors Real Estate Specialist, an industry designation, training and marketing program specifically designed to better service senior property owners.
Community Service:
Volunteered with the United Way, Red Cross, Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity in
Calcutta , KPBS and CERTS. Member of the
San Diego Downtown Breakfast Rotary Club.
